Creative Assembly (CA) is once again sponsoring the AI and Games conference, which will take place on Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th November 2025 at Goldsmiths, University of London. After the success of the inaugural event last year, the conference is inviting developers, researchers, and creators to explore the evolving intersection of artificial intelligence and game development. Sessions from the conference will also be made available online post event to ensure that the entirety of the video games AI community can benefit from the event’s insights in the months and years to come.
You can find out more about the conference at www.aiandgamesconference.com.
Duygu Cakmak, Research & Development Director, Creative Assembly, co-founder and organiser of the event, said: “Last year we saw how strong the appetite for knowledge sharing in the AI for games space is, but we know how few events are offering a platform for learning and insight in this area. We are happy to be able to support the video games AI community by bringing this event back for a second year, this time over two days. As the event grows, we hope to be able to provide support for those already working in AI for game development, as well as up and coming talent and companies, creating a space in which to share practical guidance.”
Dr Tommy Thompson, Founder of AI and Games, co-founder and lead organiser of the event, said: “On behalf of the team we’re very excited to be bringing the AI and Games Conference back to London this November. Our first iteration far exceeded our expectations; our attendees last year told us how much they enjoyed the programme, with our speakers driven by insight and experience of AI for games, rather than leaning into the hype. This year, we’re returning to Goldsmiths with a two-day event with a larger programme, plus an expanded social space complete with meeting area and expo floor. Giving more opportunities for our community to engage with one another, and share the real and practical work happening in AI for game development.”
The sponsorship aligns with CA’s R&D work, which is focused on streamlining our development processes and workflows to provide our developers with tools to enhance their work quality and support their creativity.
Early bird tickets for the AI and Games conference have now gone on sale here, with discounted rates available for student and indie developers. Studios looking to attend as a group (5 or more) can contact the organizers directly for bulk pricing at contact@aiandgamesconference.com.
